Cinnamon flavor doesn't last long and tastes artificial
I was excited about this gum because the xylitol is sourced in the U.S. The "chiclet" pieces are standard in terms of size and texture. The gum was somewhat fresh and lasted long enough (without getting too hard). My biggest complaint is that the cinnamon flavor is weak and tastes entirely artificial. If you are going to go the extra mile with xylitol, why not go all the way and use real cinnamon oil? I would not buy again for this reason.UPDATED REVIEW: I think the flavor may vary by bottle because the other ones were a little more flavorful -- or I just got used to the taste. Not quite as bad as I originally stated. Still not sure I would buy again.

How to lose customers: SEND THE WRONG FLAVOR!
I love the cinnamon gum. In fact, cinnamon is the only flavor I can stomach. Furthermore, I enjoy Xylichew’s cinnamon so much that I have a monthly Subscribe & Save.Unfortunately, this month I was sent Fruit. I HATE fruit flavor. Nevertheless, I’m stuck with a 4-pack of fruit because Amazon won’t take the gum back.

Ordered cinnamon gum twice and received spearmint twice. it is not returnable!
I like this flavor. I guess I will have to go to Sprouts and pick them up since I order cinnamon and get the spearmint. So one needs to check the racks.

Great flavor
This is the best natural gum that I have been able to find. This gum has a wonderful flavor, although be aware that the flavor will not last as long as typical gum. Tends to be a little harder than typical gum as well, but this is significantly softer than any other "natural" gum I have tried. I'm hoping at some point a natural gum made of only stevia will be available, but until then, I will continue to purchase this brand.

**** 5 Stars on Product Quality. But Prepping Packing & Shipping = Frightening. So far with each order, a Serious Error: Missing Items, Switched Item, & now Unsealed Shipping Package. Its like the Item Preparation Team Hates. They Hate the Customer, Amazon, Xylichew or All Three. Like I said, a Delicious Product. You'll love it, When you get it, IF you get it, IF you get what you purchased.
