I love to dress vintage, but I really struggle with styling my hair. I have POTS and can't keep my arms up for long, so my hair is usually boring.Then I saw a post about hair accessories no one really uses anymore and was reminded about hair combs. I had forgotten how well they hold my baby fine hair.I'm so glad I ordered these! They're prettier than the basic ones with just a straight edge. And while simply pulling the sides of my hair back is more 80s than 50s, it's still a vintage style that's easy to do, is comfortable, keeps all my hair out of my face, and doesn't look quite so jarring with my 50s style clothes.I've used them a few times now and they're holding up well. They're a harder plastic than the slightly flexible pastel ones I used in the 80s and 90s, so they might be a bit more brittle, but no problems so far. They slide into my hair easily, though they are a bit sticky on damp hair. They stay in place all day, and even though they're sometimes uncomfortable to get properly positioned, I don't notice them at all once they're in place.I like the variety of colours. The light brown probably won't get used much until all the other are lost or broken, but the darker brown is a good match for my hair when I want them to blend in. The clear, I like to wear with light colored clothing, and the black with darker colors.

Pretty and holds hair great!

I had my reservations when I ordered these hair combs and found myself pleasantly suprised at their good quality when they arrived. I've been wearing them daily for a few months and have found them to be colored as pictured, medium size and pretty durable. I have pretty thick long hair so cheap cheesey hair combs aren't going to cut it. These are great for the price.

Pretty much what you see is what you get! They are plastic and delicate. Quality easily disposable but you get quantity.

They're a comfortable size and shape, they work until they don't. I have thick hair, that may have been what done them in. I can hear & feel the teeth breaking off in my hair. I'm down to only 2 of each color, so I'm glad I started with 4 of each. I picked them for the good price, not thinking they may be fragile. I liked the color options and quantities. I can usually keep them in all day but they get loose at the gym. They're even pretty comfortable under my motorcycle helmet.

These seem pretty durable and don’t snap off easily like some other combs I’ve had. Good size, easy to use. I like the colors.

I cannot say enough good things about these combs. They hold perfectly! For hours!The detail is beautiful. They look as good as ones I have from France at a fraction of the cost.The choice of colors is great – they will last me years and years! I have already shared them with friends.The price is just incredible for so many of them – as I said this will last years and years. So if you need combs, these are great choice!

At around 50p per comb (in round figures) these combs are good value for money. I also like the colour range. You can wear them with almost anything. The coffee coloured ones will tone with your hair, and the black and transparent ones will go with your clothes.Just one thing, I wear jeans (and blue tops) a lot, so I'm waiting for them to produce a set with dark and light blue tones to go with the black and transparent, to add to my collection.

Ich bin voll und ganz zufrieden mit diesen schönen Haarkämmen, obwohl bei einem Kamm eine Zacke gebrochen ist. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen und empfehle sie somit 100 % tig weiter.

Achetés pour remplacer mes barrettes métalliques, ces peignes sont larges et coincent bien les cheveux epais !!!!
