All the other positive reviews have it right, this is fast-acting and makes the morning supplements MUCH easier to take as I'm now down to 3 pills all in all instead of what was getting close to 12! Took this stuff 3hrs prior to being with my partner and never ran out of breath or energy and lasted a lot longer than normal. This stuff is magic in a bottle for sure. Long time test user. I got off of it and changed some other health habits as a sort of reset. I started this supplement, taking as directed, about 2 weeks after stopping test. After about a week of taking it, I noticed my daily energy level stabilize. As long as you're not expecting a supplement to do the impossible, I would HIGHLY recommend this as part of your supplementation to a healthy lifestyle.

I had been taking a different brand I was able to get off of Amazon for about a year, when last month it was no longer available on the site and I was within days of running out of product. I found it elsewhere and it was double the cost of Amazon Prime, and decided to do without T Ali for the time being. I was working out twice a day doing 75 Hard, averaging 20,000 steps + per day, which is 10+ miles and 4500 calories for me at 205 lbs. The 10 days that followed were me falling off a cliff and no longer crushing my workouts, and the only change was me NOT TAKING Tongkat Ali. I found Satoomi Tongkat Ali on Amazon Prime and decided it was inexpensive enough for me to give it a try. I've had it and taken it now for 10 days and my workouts are back to what I expect and NEED them to be. I work out with young people in their late teens and 20's not by choice and I can only compare myself to them because of it. I am not vain, but I really do outwork these 'Kids' each and every day and its easy for me to forget I turn 56 this year! I purchase my few supplements I do take, from Amazon and am glad I found Satoomi Tongkat Ali to help get me back to where I like to be.
