An EXCELLENT product!
Arrived promptly in impeccable packaging. Easy, straightforward instructions, app and tutorial to ensure ease and safety in getting started. I have been pleasantly surprised with the outstanding stability ... It REALLY holds itself still while you mount and dismount it, and takes self-balancing to a whole new level! The build is rugged and tough while the design is elegant and refined. Tackles the roughest, bumpiest, patchiest, tilting, gravel strewn roads with ease. Excellent speed and battery life. I recommend this transport device with zeal and confidence! Go for it!!! :)

Ninebot S
Same as description, takes a few tries to learn to balance and steer but overall great, can be a bit heavier than it looks, approximately 28 pounds but if you make sure to keep it charged it's great for short distances and it works great for my videography action shots too. Lights are ok but I recommend you wear some small LED lights on you or your helmet for safety.

If I can do this, You can do this!!!
I've only had this thing for 4 days now but it's so addicting I can't stop riding!!!!! I feel like I'm on a magic carpet ride floating through the air lol. The thing is, there is many things that I personally Can't do!!! I've never had very good balance and so skate boards were impossible for me. Even roller blades hurt my ankles really bad and pretty much the only thing I can do is ride a bicycle. After reading reviews about this thing I decided to give it a whirl. It took me a good 30 minutes to fully grasp how to do this. Getting on is the hardest part!(but now I can get on effortlessly) The app has training for you to do and for your first time just hold on to something or a person and just focus on getting on and standing still, it balances For you. Once you get past that learning stage it is So easy!!!!!! If I can do this--You can do this!!!! I'm 36 years old and about 210 lbs so I'm right there under the limit. Years ago I injured my neck and back in a car accident so I'm very scared of falling down. But I have yet to actually fall down, if I lose my balance and feel scared or feel like I could fall off, I simply just jump off the Segway. Always get off backwards never forwards. And avoid very steep hills! Normal hills are ok just not the very steep ones. The Only thing I could see being dangerous is if the road dips down for just one of the tires which will cause you to lean and if you lean too far then you bump the steering bar and could spin yourself off. To avoid that from happening just look ahead and if you see something like that on the road then either go around it or prepare yourself for it. And if you lean too far or go too fast it beeps at you to warn you that you need to lean back and/or slow down. If you ignore these safety features then you could fall and hurt yourself. So the point of my story is practice and use common sense while riding. I had to jump off a few times to avoid falling but that taught me what Not to do lol. Once you know your limits and how to not lose your balance and you stay in that perimeter then it's a cake walk from there. My ankles and lower back are slightly sore after hours of use. My 6 year old daughter got her training wheels off of her bike and so she wants to ride her bike all day lately. After awhile my bike seat hurts my butt but I can follow her around on the Segway and still have energy after we're done.
