I have been taking Plant.O Nutrition’s Serratiopeptidase, aka “Serrapeptase,” supplement capsules for about a month. The capsules contain Serratio Peptidase Enzymes, which are meant to support sinus and immune system health as well as promote muscle recovery. Though I can’t say with 100% certainty that the supplement improved my sinus health, timing suggests that I may have benefited from taking it. The time period that I’ve been taking the supplement overlaps with the time of year when I generally suffer from seasonal allergies caused by ragweed and dust from harvesting of local crops. Compared to past years, I was minimally affected by seasonal allergy issues. Similarly, I can’t definitively say that this supplement absolutely helped with muscle recovery, but I suspect that I did experience this benefit. I work out 4-5x/week. During the weeks that I’ve been taking the supplement, I have had very few days of muscle soreness. There were 2 days, over the course of a month, when I did have some soreness, but it was slight and did not last more than 24 hours. For me, Plant.O Nutrition’s Serratiopeptidase (Serrapeptase) did what it was supposed to do. If you are looking for a supplement that boosts sinus health and/or supports muscle recovery, then this is one to try!

I have Crohns Disease in my small intestine, which prevents me from absorbing everything that passes through. Fortunately, I have recently achieved clinical and histological remission. Remission was reached before trying Serrapeptase. Nevertheless, I decided to try Serrapeptase in effort to help bolster my body's natural ability in recovering. Loaded with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant enzymes, I believe Serrapeptase has helped me sustain my very physical active lifestyle. I gave this 4 stars and not 5 simply because I can not be 100% sure Serrapeptase has worked as I have not done any scientific analyses. I only can intuit how my body feels from taking the Serrapeptase, and I am pleased to say I feel great. Overall, a great natural product to add to your wellness supplement program to bolster your body's natural immunity and recovery.

I purchased this for muscle recovery after working out. Bonus, it was supposed to help with sinuses I didnt have any negative side effects, which is a plus. But I didn't feel a difference in my muscles or joints recovering or easing up inflammation

Excellent product! I didn’t know what to expect at first upon buying this and was a bit skeptical as I’d never heard of serratiopeptidase before but am glad I agreed to give it a try because the product has really helped to lower the inflammation and sensitivity in my gut. I used to have a low level unease in my gut prior to using this product but now that has gone away and I feel much more at ease. I am very pleased with the product and am grateful Plant O Nutrition offered me the opportunity to try it! I will absolutely be ordering from them again and will likely try their other products now too

Absolutely loved this product! Delivers exactly what it says it’ll do. I suffered through a back injury. I took these daily And it helped speed up the process of my healing. Also, they were easy to take. It also helped with better digesting and absorbing the nutrients from my food. As a bodybuilding athlete, this is vital especially when the timing of my food and use of the energy matters.

Pills are very small,so they're not hard to get down.Did feel a difference using this product,muscle recovery is improved.Joints also feel a bit better,which impressed me a lot.As a bodybuilder muscle soreness and joint pain are common for me and this helps with both,would definitely recommend giving this product a try.I have only used this for a bit over a week,so I'm excited to see how I feel after using it longer!

I especially like that this didn’t have a weird after taste like some supplements have. I’ve used it for a week now and will continue to get a better idea of how effective it is.

I take a different brand but I bought this one for my dad and he absolutely loves it. He called me and said he has not had this much relief in a long time. That in itself speaks volumes!!!
