Great taste
One of best valeriana teas I have tried so far , made in UK . Has 30% of valeriana root which is the most I could find in teas on the market . It does taste of valeriana with a hint of bitterness , put some honey in and it’s perfect combo . Really helps me sleep better which was whole purpose of this tea

Oh my these are the best I’ve ever bought ! They are so refreshing and really relax me ! The flavour is unbelievable with gorgeous tones of lemon /lavender!These are a must and I will definitely be buying them again ..

Supports a good night sleep, not as strong as puka's sleep brand, but it depends on what you are looking for. Very nicely presented in lovely white bags, feels special.
