I loved this product and was using it every day. I have a serious shoulder and neck issue, but this device helps a lot. Putting the device in between the neck and the pillow feels so good. HOWEVER, I cannot find the remote controller now. I usually kept it attached because I know I will lose it. Without the remote controller, it's junk. I was hoping to find it someday, but no luck so far. (It's been over ONE month). I even looked in the garbage cans. Could you please sell the remote controller?

The product is nice, my husband is enjoying it, helps with neck pain while watching TV. Seems to have helped reduce migraines that he suffers with. The unit auto shuts off after about 20-30 min, which had him very confused for the first several uses. But once he figured out that it didn't need to be recharged, and that he could just restart it, it made the experience much better. The customer service agent reached out to see if we were happy with the purchase. I was impressed that they took the time to do that. I gave her some feedback, and she was appreciative of the suggestions. Overall good experience with this product, and with the company.

Like the settings along with the heating the only thing I don’t like is that the gel pads get all twisted and come apart within the second use.Apparently they don’t sell them so after using all the ones that come with the device I don’t know what I’m going to. That’s very disappointing.

I got this as an alternative to my tens device. I don’t like that I have to keep replacing the pads. This doesn’t have any pads that need replacing, however, it does need to be wet. You have to make sure your skin is wet/moist to use. Some have recommended getting the gel, and I think I agree with that. The area it affects is very small. On the plus side, I can wear it and move around with it. I’ve frequently taken it to work with me, and I can walk around my team’s offices with it on. My tens device worked best if I was laying on the pads.I recommend determining exactly where you need to have the pain relief and see if this will cover it. It might also be a good starter one before shelling out a lot of money for one that is more expensive.

I was very skeptical of the low price and almost went with another model but WOW this TENS neck unit is amazing! I love that it has heat, that it has several modes, and its easy to adjust the intensity. Worked right out of the box, be sure to hold the on button down on the unit for a few secs. and the light will turn blue. I was getting frustrated and thought it wasn’t working but then I realized I wasn’t holding the button down long enough to turn it on. It’s smaller and lighter weight then expected, which is another plus! I plan on using this at work and at home so the bag it comes with will be convenient. I may however order a 2nd one to keep at work.....since I’m there as much as I’m home....you know....typical for most of us. I has cervical stenosis and arthritis in my neck. My Dr suggested this type of unit, time will tell if it helps but it sure feels good while in use. If I could give this 10 stars I would. My husband does not like the “tingling shocking” feeling it gives but to me it’s heaven. I will confess though that I had it on the maximum intensity (which is great for me) when I placed it on his neck.....ooops. If you are not sure .....this is the one to try first, you will be glad that you did! One other thought....if you suffer from tension headaches this may help also, I plan on giving that a try next time I have one....you know from that 40plus hour work week lol. I’m wearing it now for the 2nd time and it just turned off itself after 15 mins. That’s a good thing otherwise it just might become a daily waking hour accessory for me lol. Good luck and enjoy!!!!UPON REMOVING IT: My pain, prior to using this for two 15 min. sessions, was about a 5 (when I turned my head to the right). I just took it off and I have much better mobility and less pain. I did put a little bit of lotion on prior to the first 15 mins but nit the 2nd so I do have a little bit of redness on back of my neck.

I enjoy using this product, it certainly gives me a level of relief. However, I cannot find silicone replacement pads …

Out of the box:The unit is quite small. This will impact my planned uses, but hopefully it will still work on part of my neck.It comes with, and apparently requires, gel pads. The product does not say it comes with them or needs them in the description. I have found some that "look" like they are similar for another $20, sigh.More to come with use of the unit.Used the unit multiple times, seems easy enough and works well for what it is designed for. Was still hoping it was bigger so I could angle it on my neck to hit more spots, but such as life.The gel pads don't do much, nor last long. I certainly won't be buying any. It seems they would last one time, maybe. They certainly didn't last long on my neck during multiple consecutive uses. I've been using the unit without the pads with no issues.the heat is warm, the intensity is good enough being that close to the brain.The unit beeps with the use of the remote to acknowledge the command, so I like that.Overall, a pretty good unit for the price so far.

Needs more power. Highest settings still pretty low.
