updated back to 5 stars once AT&T figured out how to give me the proper sim
Went to AT&T store again. They gave me *another* sim. This one works fine for both cellular and mobile data, and now the UI says 'voLTE' and '4G' :)---AT&T is retiring 3G. That caused this phone to lose cell signal. I went to the AT&T store and got a new sim. Now, I get a cellular connection to make calls, but the bars indicator on the phone says '3G' and I have no cellular data at all. This isn't really Ulefone's fault - I actually love this phone when it works - but I changed my rating to 1 star because this phone is not only unsupported by AT&T (which I don't really care about), but it literally does not work with AT&T anymore :(---Love this phone. Waterproof, ruggedized, and runs Minecraft smoothly. Battery lasts four days if you're just using the phone for text/phone/email. I should have upgraded from my last Ulefone sooner.

Damn rugged phone & quality beyond expectations.
I got this phone because my job can be rough on phones. Although it's slightly larger than I'd like, I'm very impressed so far with this phone. Photo & video quality are outstanding - MUCH better than I expected. Battery life looks to be better than advertised too - it's been 2 days since I charged it and I still have 68% left... The OS is a little different from the Samsung's I'm used to, but it seems to me that it will be more intuitive once I get used to it.

Faulty charging port
Developed a loose USB-C socket to the point where it would only charge the phone while I was holding the phone in one hand and the charging cable in the other hand to keep the plug on the end of the cable from wiggling around inside the socket on the phone.

Doesn't work with Straight Talk, but otherwise a good value.
I've had this phone about a year now. Bad: Although resetting it many times, the fingerprint reader has never recognized my prints. And the flashlight stopped working after about 2 months. It's almost too big and heavy for my pockets. Until recently, I used on Family Mobile, but lost that ability when they upgraded their SIM cards for switching to using Verizon towers. It also cannot be activated on Straight Talk. It appears to work OK with Mint Mobile - for now.Good: This beast is rugged and the battery lasts really long. The larger size screen is good for my 60YO eyes (even though it's uncomfortable in my pocket). Android 11 is good enough for now. Oh, and it's really inexpensive, so I don't mind losing or replacing it so much.

Highly recommended!
I needed something that my husband and son could not destroy! This has proven its ability to withstand rough handling and the odd drop in the ocean :\ It has a long battery life and picks up the faintest of wifi! It also has an awesome camera. I am finally happy with a phone after too many disappointing expensive flimsy phones that cannot withstand regular life.

Rugged phone
This is well made ,Tough phone, even arrives with glass protector mounted. Sadly I cannot get detail support to keep my fonts and app size reduced. It remains largest size.no support help or detailed manual out yet, weird. It's android 10. Good parts so far, strong battery life, good camera, works well wet or cold.

Great Phone!
I wrote a review back for this product in February and was not very satisfied with the phone, because my screen was messed up and it didn't work very well. However, it was very easy for me to return the phone and a replacement was sent. I've now been using the replacement for 6 months and it is a fantastic phone! I don't like the size (which is why I am giving it 4 stars) since it is quite big. However, it has a good battery life, nice camera, and good memory. I use it with tracfone and it works well. The GPS doesn't always work, but that could also just be because I live in an area with no phone service most of the time. Overall, it is a good and sturdy phone. :)

Heavy duty phone-excellent for construction jobs!
My husband wrecked 4 regular smart phones this past year. 2 were drowned, one was dropped on concrete and the last one sizzled when he left it in his hot truck. This one should be able to last a long time. It is definitely the answer to his phone problems.
