Pump Audio V2 Earphones (Orange V2)

These are built fairly well and sound alright. Only reason I went with these was the bass is supposed to be really good, but it is hardly any better than your average headphones. Not saying they are bad but I got a refund.

The product works well if you use it only while you sit down and listen to music off a phone/laptop.If you are even remotely active, your lifestyle will severely limit the lifespan of the product. Between the time that I got the product and the time that I was asked to review it, one side of the earphones had already stopped working. The $5 earphones I usually get have a longer lifespan than these. Definitely would not recommend.

Got these headphones as an anniversary gift from my girlfriend and I absolutely love them. I am the guy that has to research and read forums and read pages of reviews and after all that, I usually give up and buy something cheap instead. However, since it was for our anniversary I decided I wanted something nice, and these are definitely nice.The package these come in is awesome. Little magnet on the box to keep the flap closed, very well designed and manufactured box that will last as long as the headphones. Once I got into the box and pulled out the headphones I pulled out the earpieces. These come with your average silicon pieces and the new foam tips. The foam tips work amazing! They really turn a good pair of headphones into a great pair.Now let's talk about the actually headphones. I bought the orange pair(my favorite color) and they are beautiful. The chord itself is flat and feels very durable. The piece that plugs into your headphone jack is longer than most to accommodate whatever case you have on. The sound quality of these are outstanding. I was really looking for a pair of headphones that had great bass without sacrificing sound quality. These do that for sure. You know that feeling when you hear an amazing surround sound system and you can just feel the music? The headphones can do that for you. i listen to all types of music. Hip hop, country, rock, alternative, and these headphones sound great for everything. My girlfriend has beats headphones and these blow them out of the water. The microphone works great and if I could find something to complain about, I would. But I truly feel these headphones are flawless and now I know all my research paid off. BUY THESE NOW

These headphones do live up to their reputation for being one of the best pair for bass-heads but the only problem is that they only work for a solid month then the jack becomes sensitive. The right earbud no longer works unless the wire is placed in a specific unpredictable matter.

I looked around quite a while for headphones that would have good bass and have a good price. These sound pretty good but the bass is pretty disappointing. My 5 year old $25 Skullcandy headphones sound better and have better bass. Still, they sound alright but they are definitely not worth the $60 I paid for them.

PROS- Good build quality, seem durable, flat cord is thicker than most (which is good)- Bass is for real, EQ adjustments for bass can be turned down for sure or no longer needed- Highs are good too- Middle can be slightly muddy, depending on song, but definitely acceptable if you are a bass head- Overall, very good sound quality for $60 on Amazon. Unless money is no object for you, not sure why anyone would spend over $120 for similar sounding buds (I'm talking to you Beats!) - Sound is geared towards electronic/pop/dance/rap and they definitely shine with these music types. Classical or Jazz nerds should probably stay away.CONS- Mic is pretty far away from your mouth, but haven't used them for making calls much so may or may not be a huge issue- Not easy to identify L/R buds. I fixed this by using a marker and making a very small dot just under the left bud on the inside of the cable- Pump has a newer version out call "Pump Mix" I believe, with these minor changes that address points above: > Moved the mic closer so may be it was an issue for some > Easier to identify L/R > Made connector "L" shaped (for me this is not an improvement, i tend to prefer straight connectors) > If you want these minor changes, then you have to purchase from Pump directly for about $20 more. Not really worth it, in my opinion

Lasted great for a month.. Then started shorting out, not returnable.. Waste of money.. Better off buying from a store where you have a warranty

I bought these for my teenage son as a birthday gift since he had broke his last pair. The last pair were just a cheap pair and I wanted to get him a nice set of earphones and these definitely delivered. The sound is very good and definitely full of base. Not to mention they're his favorite color too. Not disappointed at all!
