Tamiya87177 Masking Tape, for Curves, 2Mm

Great little set of masking tapes in various widths for use with my model making supplies. It has just the right amount of tackiness to stay in place and leave a clear, crisp line when either brush painted, or airbrushed with paint.It can be gently curved around cones, domes or spheres and doesn't leave any tacky residue when removed.I'm extreamy happy with the exceptionaly superior quality of this product, and with the very low price it cost. They do other sizes to - from 1mm up to 40mm and multiple sizes in-between. Will be buying more in other sizes as these rolls are so great to use, I find I am using them more often for other tasks where cost had made me think about doing a task another way before.

much thicker than yellow masking tape and refuses to stick properly when curved, invalidating the entire selling point of the product and leaving me with a roll of useless trash

I seen this and thought it would be great for crafts .but it has arrived and is straight not happy as what I thought I was buying was wavy tape

I initially thought that the tape came wavy off the roll.....but the wavy design shown has to be shaped by you...so not so easy to do. you can make curves with it, but I find it quite hard to get each one the same.

Truly overpriced product whilst it does the job your paying 5 times the price your local paint shop would charge
