I have been struggling for months with very dry peeling skin on the palm of my hand and nothing I tried was working. I remember that Keihls Creme de Corps had worked for me years earlier so I bought some more and I am so glad that I did. Within just 2 nights of using it my hand started looking and feeling normal and after a week I don't even have to use it every night anymore. I would highly recommend this if your struggling with very dry skin.

So now in my 50s, ?I suffered with dry skin every winter to the point my shins would bleed.Not any more. This is the only crème that has ever worked for me and i have had them all , even coal tar.Shame it is so expensive.

I'm really pleased with this lotion. It goes on easy without any overpowering smell and no greasy residue left to get on my clothes. Considering the amount of lotion you get, it's not overpriced. I've been using it for about a month and I can tell a difference. The crepey skin on my arms has improved and the bumps on the back of my arms are better as well. I will purchase it again.
