I bought these sand bags to hold down the 10 x 30 white party tent. The bags work great. The tent is cheaply made and broke after the first day. I was able to fix the tent (Macgyver style) and order another set of the sand bags to hold down all the legs. I filled them up with sand they are nice and heavy. Much needed if you are purchasing the white tent.

I had ordered a different brand and the first day the velcro tore off the canopy. So as to say very upset. But Amazon REFUNDED my money. So I did more research and bought these. Yes,..they were more money about $13.00. However you get what you pay for. These BAGS ARE GREAT!! Very well built. Very sturdy and have a strap also that wraps around the both bags. I would highly recommend this product 😁

These work great for holding down my pool's solar cover. I filled them with sand and the weight they can hold really does the job. They also work well on the legs of my canopy sunshade. Some sand does leak out of the zippers and they do break down exposed to the elements. I now get two years service from them by storing them inside during the winter. But exposure to sun and rain for two seasons will pretty much do them in. All in all though, they work great and are a good value even if they only last two years.

We used these this summer from June through September on our screen gazebo. I was initially concerned about the high winds in our area, and the fact that the screened gazebo would be directly on grassy lawn. The weights held up! This gazebo only moved when we wanted it to. The pouches are cloth and have a velcro strap to attatch to the legs of the gazebo, which are large metal (not thin like a canopy, and it fit perfectly). We filled them up with small pebble rock gravel. This took a little bit of time and was messy. We made a funnel from cardboard, but the pebbles were dusty and heavy, so needed to be scooped into the bag weight, not poured. Also, it took a few bags to fill completely, and we still could have used another bag of rocks to top off the large fabric weights. But, this did the job, and that's what matters most! Great product, and we're hoping to use it again next season.

If you were like me and wanted to take advantage of a great deal, this is not your product. The handle on one ripped out at the first use, even when it wasn't used as the sole method of lifting the heavy sand bag. Then after literally 30 days since purchase, the seam on one of the Velcro that straps the two bags together ripped almost with ease. The zippers leak sand if the bag is ever not upright, which makes traveling with them difficult.These are not made with the quality they need to be in order to be filled with 40 lbs of sand. Attempting to contact the seller so they can make this right is impossible.
