Seller and product is not recommended
I have purchased the item from the same seller before and was very satisfied. So I bought another cushion. This time the product material is completely different. There is no consistency in the quality and product specifications. This reflects badly on the seller.26th Sep. The seller was quick to offer explanation of the 2 models available and offered to collect the item, refund the amount and provide me with the replacement. The item was collected today. All through the interactions the seller has been very courteous and cooperative. I would change the rating to 5 on receipt of the exchanged item as I know the product is good.

Not an ideal cushion for supporting the back
Cushion is made of foam. Provides very minimum comfort but not support to your back.
