Chain is very thin (I knew it would be for the price) but well made and perfect for the small white gold pendant I am using it for.

Beautiful strong sparkling! Bought to replace dainty chain that broke that came with my diamond pendant from a mall jewelry store. This chain is gorgeous! It has a great shine that catches the light. I did have to take it to a local jewelry repair shop in order to fit the end thru the loop on my pendant, the chain wasn’t overly large in fact it’s quite small, but I think due to the box chain thickness it just wouldn’t fit. Easily fixed. Love the lobster claw clasp that doesn’t poke me in the back of the neck, and it’s easy to operate. Very happy with this purchase, and the price was incredible compared to comparable chains I looked at first in mall stores! Also I really liked that it came from a respectable actual store I have visited in Hawaii!

Was gifted this 20” box chain for Christmas to hold a small initial charm. This chain is very sparkly in the light and holds my small initial well. It is one of 3 chains I wear around my neck an 18” with charm, this 20” with initial and a 22” with a small heart. The white gold in the chain is very nice. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this to replace the first chain I bought from this company. I had ordered what I thought was a 20" inch chain. I never checked the length and wore it past the return date. It always felt a little long, but it seemed ok. After wearing it for a while, l decided I would prefer a shorter chain and ordered an 18". It arrived and felt much shorter than the 2" less than my 20". I ended up measuring the 2 chains and it turned out that the first chain, the one I thought was 20" was actually 22" A 20" inch chain would have been perfect and I returned the 18" I wasn't ready to try again so I'm living with the 22" chain. The quality of the chain is very good and I do like the look of the chain. I just wish I had gotten a 20" chain to start with.

great price for a very nice piece of jewelry. I have so many 18 inch chains and needed a really nice 16 inch so my pendants would hang higher on my chest. I must have a very small neck because the 16 inch hangs 2 inches below collar bone rather than close to my throat where most pictures depict a 16 inch chain hanging. I knew it would be fine rather than thick when I ordered it and that is what I wanted. It is quite shiny like I wanted. My only complaint is that the clasp is a little stiff. I like lobster claw clasps they are easier to manipulate and much better quality. Over all this is a great buy and I am very happy with the chain and the company. I will be ordering a rose gold chain in the near future.

I thought I would give Amazon (Marketplace) a chance with a piece of jewelry as we have had luck with other items not typically purchased from there. But this is not one that worked out. Not very long after the return period, this chain (which was holding a very small cross) broke while on my wife’s neck. Luckily she felt the cross fall and was able to save that part from being lost. The chain has a nice look to it, but it seems to be a weak design.I cannot recommend buying this as it barely lasted (long enough to where I have no recourse- a return)
