No. They are made of plastic. Only suitable for paint and alikes. Even so, I recommend them and You should buy and look for someone to made them in metal. Or you can use them to trace the design, can't you?

Q: Is there an adhesive That can be applied to the back of the stencil to transfer the image without leaving a residue on a bisque tile

You might want to test out a spray adhesive. If there is residue left, it probably could be removed with a sponge or scrubber. It shouldn't discolor the bisque, but I would test it out first.
