The Solidoodle Press fully assembled 3D fused-filament-fabrication printer has a fully enclosed frame for fabricating parts up to 8 x 8 x 8 inches (H x W x D) using 1.75-mm ABS and PLA filament (sold separately). The hot end has a maximum resolution of 0.1 mm. The printer comes with SoliPrint software that automatically calibrates the machine and levels the print bed to ensure precise prints, and it connects to the computer using the included USB cable. The printer head moves in the X (left and right) and Y (backward and forward) axes, while the print table moves in the Z (up and down) axis.The frame is matte-black and made of injection-molded ABS. It is enclosed on all sides to dampen print noise and fumes. The high-precision aluminum and glass build plate can be heated up to 115 degrees C (239 degrees F) to prevent uneven cooling and warping of the printed part.
