I’ve had gout for past 5 years. Mine generally were so painful I was out of commission for a month. Last year I had 3 gout attacks and was on my last straw. Colchicine did not work, Tart Cherry failed, cranberry nope, Uric Acid product no, and steroids only helped get me through the pain. I would get them despite not drinking alcohol, eating seafood or pork or any of the other things and I workout regularly. After my 3rd attack last year I was ready to throw in the towel and sign up for a lifetime of Alopurinal.Before I made that costly and lifetime decision I decided to look up OTC alternatives and discovered potassium citrate helps balance the Uric Acid levels (as opposed to the others which help rid the body of UricAcid). Happy to say I have gone 10 months now without an attack. Every so often I will feel a twinge in my toe and will take an pill before bed, but I am taking it about every other day … not even daily. And I have started to eat more meats and had a few tough drinking days and take the pill on those days and again zero attacks.So 10/10 would recommend trying these. not only have they worked for me, but they are only about $10 for 6 moth supply. So hopefully they work for you and if not, it’s a cheap trial.

Bought this to try since the previous protein I both from the store was not my liking due to the taste. I needed protein after my workout, and this did not disappoint me! I love the taste and compares well with fruit or vegetables. The price is reasonable and 30% protein per serving. Just what I needed!
