Ester C Vitamin C is easily digestible and Solgar is the Rolls Royce of Vitamins. 1000 mg is a good portion. Buy it with confidence. Maybe a bit more than the drugstore brands, but think they’re the premium brand. I also like the NOW brand, as well.
