Great for acid reflux!
My low stomach acid is gone! You need zinc, potassium (bananas), and sea salt to make HCL. I was deficient. No more GERD! My CFS is better too! Double bonus!

Good addition to my health regimen
I’ve been taking this zinc product now for about a year and think it’s a good addition to my health regimen. I told my doctor that I took this supplement along with vitamins and he approved. I haven’t had a cold in a year, so I’ll continue using this supplement.

Nice small size tablet
We take Zinc about 3x a week along with our vitamins. One of us (not me, LOL) is reluctant to take larger size capsules or tablets. These are small tablets and are easy to swallow. I'll be buying them again.
