This product is adjustable in length but I don’t think it would be comfortable for a child over seven or eight years old to use. Definitely not for an adult.

Q: Would this work for roller skating?

I do not believe this item would work for rollerskating as it’s made for ice where it would easily glide. It would not be glide around so well on payment.

Q: Is the item portable? Would like to take it on the Subway with us.

Sort of. It doesn’t fold up, but it’s not that heavy. I flip it upside down and hang it by the crossbar on the handles of our stroller and that works pretty well
