Item is very flimsy

I inspected the pens and found all feeders had a crack/had cracks. Will not dare use them and be disappointed further when they leak. To top it all off, I learn that these are rebranded Jin Haos.Will definitely not recommend.

The housing of the flex nib had already a crack right out the box. It looked like someone pushed it too hard while trying to flex it but the box was sealed so it probably cracked in transit. I’m not surprised. The plastic is super thin and flimsy. The pen looks like Jinhao 992 and no Jinhao didn’t replicate Monteverde Monza because 992 predates Monza. Also, the flex nib looked like rigid stainless steel with no give. Though I can’t be sure since I didn’t get to try it at all. Save your money and get yourself a 992. As for the flex nib, looks elsewhere. I’d be shocked if the flex nib flexes a tiny bit at all. If you want inexpensive but well made pens, look at Platinum Preppy or Pilot Varsity. I own two sets of Preppy where I don’t even bother with a pencil case when I dump them in my bag, and they survived daily use for over 5 years. Pilot Varsity is disposable but the plastic shell is actually very durable and you can refill them with little effort. Just don’t buy this set. It’s not worth the money.

Havnt tryed any of the other nibs seems like a good pack writes pretty good. No body makes a decently priced flex nib. Disappointed.

Boa caneta com três penas ótimas, a omniflex tem uma boa variação da largura do traço, mas para um bom efeito é necessária alguma habilidade e bastante prática.

This is a decent pen for the money. I bought it for the omniflex nib. The fine and medium nibs are bonus nibs that I'll probably never use, as I have same or similar nibs on other pens. It does look pretty much identical to my Sailor Compass, however - the cap ring and clip are different, but the pen body is pretty much the same. This kit is a better value if you can only buy one or two pens over the course of a year. It does come with three converters and two ink cartridges, but there's also an o-ring pre-installed so you can eyedropper this baby right out of the box.
