Made my first double-layer red velvet cake
Cake comes out clean, and cleaning is easier with a circle of parchment paper on the bottom. First cake was a double-layered red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Wow! Decadence is the only word to describe it. Photo taken after first use and easiest cleaning ever. Sorry, no cake photo ;(The order came quickly and in time for Christmas. I've been buying Wilton ever since I started baking and it has proved its usefulness, lasting quality, and value over time and again. These pans live up to that reputation. The only downside, I don't eat much cake, so I only use them when lots of people are around to share it.

Not only for cakes!
I bought these cake pans for baking things like hamburgers, chicken breasts, etc., not for cakes. The ordinary non-stick coated cake pans I previously used for meat only work for a short time before the coating starts to come off and get into the food (even when I don't use a scouring pad to clean them); and they are no good--and unsafe--to use when there is no longer any coating in them because they are made of tin that leaves an off taste when food is cooked in them. -- I bought (uncoated) aluminum pans many years ago when they were still cheap, and have used them for baking cakes, bread, and cookies (as well as meat, even though I don't like to use the same pans for both kinds of food) ever since, and never had a problem. Foods always bake evenly, and the pans are easy to clean and durable. Now I decided to try the new "anodized" aluminum pans even though they are expensive, because it is a waste of money to buy the non-stick ones. I hope to get lots of good long use out of them for baking meat.

Muy bien, el tamaño es ideal para un pastel alto😊 depende como lo engrases para que se quede pegado el pan o no, solo se me ha pegado una vez, pero muy fáciles de limpiar y de usar! El tamaño es ideal:)
