Does actually what it does
Bought it for my Mobility scooter so I can steap down pizza boxes when I go out, holds it securely and it does come with TWO (2), not sure why i read that it might come with one. It's not adjustable (length wise), the clip u see where it looks adjustable is for moving or splitting the 2 straps into 4...if you get what i mean, looks strong and durable if you dont strain it too
