Brand new, great condition
The book arrived in brand new condition and with no smell or wear! The only negative comment is that I live in Vegas and this book is from the Vegas library system, I wish the library would have circulated this book and not sold it on amazon, as a lot of people in Vegas are Barca fans.

An excellent read
A book that provides a fascinating insight into how the Cruyffian culture at Barcelona FC, provided such an influence upon the managers that emerged from that era.Although no allegiance to any of the clubs or managers involved, the chapters on Mourinho should be of interest to most, which have become more prescient since the book’s publication and his departure from Manchester United - ideas which are hinted at throughout the book. The sections on Guardiola again add further insight into how he has developed some of the most successful teams of the 21st century, including the current Man City Champions, always linking back to the guidance of the initial Cruyff period at Barcelona. The parts on Kieran and Van Gaal also offer explanations to why they have gone through extreme periods of success or relative failure, which has not been covered as thoroughly elsewhere.A Great read that is well written and easy to read. It sits well amongst the wider catalogue of Barcelona focused books (Sid Lowe etc) and I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Readable !!!
Now I have a better understanding of modern football coaches. Found it a bit tedious.

Enjoyable Read, Great Insight
Enjoyable read, great insight into the early stages of Pep and Cruyff. Did seem like some of the hottakes on Mourinho and Sir Alex was to fit a narrative constructed by the author, but still enjoyable nevertheless.
