Forgiveness Therapy

When you read the headlines or watch social media whip up a frenzy of activity, you rarely see forgiveness in action. Yet who of us is not in need to extending or receiving forgiveness. It is as if "perfectionism" rules the roost and trial by peers is a constant threat to our existence. No, no, no! Forgive those slights. Bury the hatchet of disappointment. Find relief and guidance in this little, nearly forgotten, book! It is one of several Elf Therapy gems. Shift your purpose and intent to broadband forgiveness. After all, God has forgiven you, has He not? Great reading, especially just before you nod off to sleep.

I know forgiveness is important, but what I don't know how to do is how to start. Thankfully the Elf-help books have a book on the subject. The author puts it in a way that conveys big ideas in bite-sized increments. Powerful ideas that take the mystery and intimidation out of it. A great starting point.

I love this little books. These books help people when they are in need of being up-lifted or reminded that life can be a struggle. They make great friendship gifts and ways to encourage those who need encouragement.

good for present. This one I kept for myself.

I bought this book I believe 20 years ago. I am a therapist and have used this book with my patients. I recommended this book to a patient today, November 18, 2020, which is what prompt me to write this review.
