Nature Made Melatonin 5 mg, Fall Asleep Faster and Supports Restful Sleep, 90 Tablets (Packaging May Vary)

My daughter (9 years) has ADHS and takes Concerta 36mg. She was unable to fall asleep and most nights only slept 7 hours, which is way too little for a child. It was recommended by the psychiatrist to give her Melatonin. Since we are giving half Tablet of 2,5mg Melatonin she falls asleep immediately and wakes up normal with no drowsiness or any other side effects. Now she sleeps 9 - 10 hours per night.

Good product as it is 5mg. But better if 10mg if u want to sleep fast 🙂

It was returned for improper storage and some stains and fluid traces on the pack

This is not as effective as other Melatonin's also takes a lot time to dissolve.

I believe this product worked better initially but now my body is used to it. I try to only use low lights two hours before bedtime also

I take one every night along with my prescription sleep medication because I have sleep problems.

Great bang for my buck, works well, no taste, easy to swallow, I will be buying this again.
