It is made in Morocco, by steam distilling freshly picked orange flowers in a 1:1 ratio of organic orange flowers to water, then packed by Steenbergs in North Yorkshire. Nothing else is added or taken away, giving as pure and natural a flower water as possible. Orange blossom water is perfect for Middle Eastern dishes, flavouring fruits (peaches and strawberries are wonderful) or for flavouring creamy puddings for panna cotta to egg custards. Steenbergs Organic Orange Blossom Water is made to a traditional recipe using orange flowers and water only, with no other flavourings or oils or preservatives.
