Appetite by Random House Bake With Anna Olson: More Than 125 Simple, Scrumptious and Sensational Recipes to Make You a Better Baker

If you are a fan of Anna's TV show, you will love this book! And if you're not but you just enjoy baking or you're a beginner and would like to have a go, this book also does the trick. The instructions are plain and detailed, ingredient measurements are given both in cups and mls/grms, there are plenty of photos to feast your eyes on and I would say that most of the recipes (as far as I can remember) from the tv programme are included. The categories are cookies and bars, pies and tarts, cakes, other pastries, other desserts, breads, sauces and décor and there is even a section for British readers with the equivalents of American/British terminology. Overall, a welcome addition to my cookbook selection and one that I think I'll be using a lot.

Anna Olson's book is fabulous. The recipes are easy to follow, the pictures are brilliant. I've baked a few things now, all of which turned out. That in itself is a true testament to the book. A must have!

A great christmas present my mum loves Anna and watches her on the telly all the time the book is bright well written and has some lovely pictures and a great selection of recipes.

A very lovely cook book by a real master baker. Chef Anna Olsen has the talent not only in cookery but she is also a master teacher. She does everything from her heart. This book is a 'must have' for anyone interested in cooking. I have learnt so much from her cookery programmes. A very big 'Thank You' to Chef Anna.

I've been coveting this book for a while and when I could get it at a bargain price it felt even better! I've been a fan of Anna on the Food Network - more for her sweet recipes than her 'Fresh' series and this book is the second of hers that I've bought. The recipes are easy to follow and I've never had a failure so tried and tested are they. Recommended.
