Perfect and Beautiful in Every Way
These crystal balls are always delivered in excellent packaging and have absolutely no flaws, the quality assurance is outstanding. They are my favorite thing in the whole world. I go through a lot of them because I keep breaking them, it's what I do, I crack crystal balls so I can photograph the faces and beings inside and there are thousands if not millions of faces in every crystal ball I crack. Here are some images I have taken in the last few days of these beautiful crystal spheres.

2 of the 3 balls arrived damaged - replacement arrived in perfect condition
Reading other customer reviews I knew I was taking a chance. But with this price for three different sizes, I couldn't resist. And indeed, the 80 and 100mm balls arrived damaged with circular impact marks, see pictures. I will keep them because replacements will probably arrive in similar condition. The packaging is clearly inadequate (soft styrofoam with only 1/2 inch separation between the balls). More space in between or more rigid polystyrene would be much better.Anyway, I think I can still use the balls, placing the damaged area on the stand (see last picture of the 100mm ball on the stand). If there is still an issue I will get the Original Lensball Pro.Update - June 28, 2021On June 25th EmartUS contacted me, asking if I would like a replacement free of charge or a refund. I opted for a replacement since I really wanted these balls. Today I received the replacement - and this time in perfect condition, no marks or scratches (see last picture). I'm very happy to have the flawless crystal balls.Great customer service from EmartUS! Therefore I upgrade my rating to 5 stars.

Packaging is inadequate for these heavy crystals
I really wanted these, especially at this price ($29.95).When they arrived I grabbed the large one and it was amazing!!I held it up and took a few shots, then I wanted to see if there were different shots using two balls. Then my bubble popped...The two smaller ones had been smacked together leaving the tell-tale circular pop mark in the glass, as seen on other customers' photos. I recognize the marks because my 4YO daughter knocked two paperweights together once, making the exact same marks.I inspected the package and realized the thin walls of foam separating them was failing, as delivery services' employees do not treat packages differently when they are stamped with the word Fragile! Each sphere should be wrapped in open-chamber bubble-wrap IMHO, or this will continue to happen. Two stars for the initial adrenal boost.

Wanted to like these... but flawed
I ordered the genuine Lensball direct from the manufacturer, but it didn't arrive on time for Christmas, so I ordered these. I wanted to like them because there were three different sizes. Upon first inspection they looked good, but when I held up the middle ball to the light I could see three flaws in the middle of the ball that would definitely show up in a picture. They look like three tiny bits of lint, but I assume that it is a flaw created in the manufacturing process. I'll be returning them and waiting for the original Lensball-which is still not here. At this rate it will be a Christmas gift next year.

Use with Caution.
Funny story. If you feel like your hand is on fire...It probably is. Use caution when using in the sun. These babies refract light like a magnifying glass in the sun.So far we have used the largest crystal ball to set a leaf on fire and toast mini marshmallows.
