Colourful pictures, easy to follow recipes and lets you create gorgeous food. The recipes are varied but also there are several that are similar to show you that with a base sauce/ingredient you can make several tasty dishes. I own this and bought another for my friend that discovered Thai food after refusing to eat it for years and they love it. They have already cooked loads of dishes and found several they love.

The book just arrived (next day, as promised!) Very colorful, easy to follow instructions, good variety of recipes. It also provides information about specific ingredients, which is helpful - overall very happy with the book, would recommend!

It's a super little starter book if you want to get into Thai cookery. We have tried the jungle curry, it was delicious.

Good mix of recipes, bought for a friend who likes to try different types of cuisine.

I cooked several different courses from this book, for some friends that came round for dinner. Great success would highly recommend.
