Slow cooker is easy to use but after a few months the plastic silver coating covering the handles is coming off which is really annoying and looks bad

Does as described , only reason I put a star down is it would be nice to be able to use the inner pot to sear first. But it's done what I wanted . Thumbs up .

Don’t like it!
It took so long to get going. And it finally did, the food wasn’t cooked properly. Also, the entire body of the cooker gets hotter than the food it’s supposed to be cooking. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back, so it’s packed into the Storage.

Works well. Biughtcto replace large ceramic Tower slowcooker. I gave that to my son as still working after 30+ years. This one is more compact but still has enough room to feed 6 people.
