So, funny story, I had knocked our controller into the dog water and after opening it up completely and letting it dry, it wouldn’t work despite it lighting up showing that it was receiving electricity from the battery and was still somewhat good.So I purchased this controller, which arrived within two days of ordering (very happy about that), changed the doohickey to match the prior controller, added the battery, and nothing…I thought I had a bad controller (keep reading).So I figured that I must’ve moved the doohickeys around (the numbers that sync your controller to your fan) a few times and viola! It works! So now thinking what a genius (😂😂) I was, I tried the number setting on the old controller and wouldn’t you know it, it works too. 🤪So, we now have two fan controller for the kitchen fan but better safe than sorry, right?

Was unable to sync with my current ceiling fan. However, manual states they are compatible. My electrician was not able to sync. Currently missed the return date. Make sure you attempt this project as soon as you receive the item and have your electrician on standby. This way you’re able to return if not compatible to me it seems like the advertisement was dishonest.

Needed a new remote for my fan and this fit the bill. Works great.

We were having issues with our old remote not controlling our fan and tried so many troubleshooting techniques. The battery was about 5 years old so we bought a new one, didnt change so we researched and found the 35T and when we got it.we.popped in a battery and instant control again. Great remote.

My old remote just stopped working. And even when replacing the battery amde no difference, it became apparent that it must be the unit itself. I used the ID number on the back of tha remote (FCC ID: L3HFAN35T1) to search Amazon for something with good reviews and reasonably priced. Which is exactly how I came to purchase this model. My fan was running, but I could no longer control the speed nor turn the light on. I had to be directly under the fan for the remote to 'see' it with the old unit, so when I put a new battery in this new one, that's where I stood. I literally held my breath as I hit the button for the light - and it worked! Then I realized that I could use it in any part of the room! (What a concept!) Trust me, this remote control from FANBAY is the only one you need for your Harbor Breeze fan.

We purchased end of May and installed in June. We have a Hampton bay remote and this was a second for a large space, so was not primary remote. It didn’t like to sync with the original. It’s September and it already died even with new batteries. Save your money and buy the name brand.

These are our first set of remote replacements. What I really loved about both replacement remotes was there were no syncing or programming needed. They worked immediately after batteries were inserted. It also had a wall mounted remote holder included! Now the remote is were we can find it and don't need to search for them anymore. You can't imagine how much time was spent finding them before. Excellent value. I ordered 2 so we would have an extra one.
