It is not NON-Stick
A Fissler fan for many years. High quality. This wok is not for a novice stir fryer. Low heat cooking may result in sticking. This Wok needs high heat and proper oil to achieve an excelent outcome.Add the steamer attachment and it does awesome for fish and dumplings.

Broken within a year
The bottom of the frypan just comes off after about a year. It makes me feel so frustrated, and I got no where to repair or fix it.
