Cal Design WOOD107-CS Synthetic Spa 2-Step Stair, 30-Inch

Product does NOT stand up in Arizona weather. Purchased the steps in February 2015 - they are warped in the middle. Turned them over and noted the braces are STAPLED in. I can't trust them now - became a liability after 7 months. Very disappointed in the purchase

Wide enough to be sturdy and supportive when you get out of a slippery hot tub. Looks nice. My husband said that it wasn't as easy to put together as it says though.

I put these together as instructed and they don't seem that sturdy. I have them sitting on concrete and they wiggle around a bit. They also may be slick when wet so be careful. I would recommend if they were not so $$$. But all the ones I looked at seem to be pretty high dollar. On a plus side the ones I had before were wood and didnt last very long. These should last a long time weather wise.Still going stong 6 years later

Instructions were not very clear on screw placement and/or screw position, eventually I replaced the screws with heavier set of screws, once assembled was sturdy, appears to be waterproof very satisfied so far, 2 months after no complaints, supports weight of 200lb man without difficulty

Steps are made with a all weather composite which seems to be study and holding up after a years use . My only fault with this item is the steps have bowed in middle causing them to rock from side to side about a quarter to half inch . I placed rubber spacers on bottom to correct issue . Visibly looking at the seps you can notice the bow . The material is stainable which makes it easy to match existing spa exterior color .overall decent item with the exception of the bowing issue
