Low quality
This was supposed to be a gift however the product looked like it was from an old stock. The ends were torn and bubbles present on the surface with the plastic wrapping torn at many places. Wheels were dirty as well. Returned to save the embarrassment

The size was as per the descriptionThe board wdv broken bcz of my weight. I weigh around 90kgs .. thats why i returned itAlso, it seems that the wheels r hitting the board on turning

Product is of ok level, slight damage at edge we corrected applying fevicol and marker.Product is very thin, not suitable for adult above 60kg, mostly suitable for kids. But value for money.

Bad Product - Even Worst Service - I Highly recommend not buying it
I bought this product and and within a few days noticed that the skateboard is steering to one direction and not going straight , I immediately got hold of the Number of Strauss Company and connected with them and after calling a few times and messaging and sending pictures and videos , the concerned person asked me to connect a girl called Ankita, Who after sending 10 messages & calls , replies to one and asks again for videos & pictures, once again I sent all and finally after not responding and my constant messages and calls , further connected me to another person called Rahul, who in turn responded saying he will solve the issue and again asked me to see the pictures and videos , I still have whatsapp messages to show what their communication with me was and after constant messages and calls said they don't understand my issue and Rahul again connected me to Ankita, who didn't respond and thus when I connected the last time with Rahul , he said "Sorry to say, I discussed your case with owner of the company, he told me that we have faced any single issue other than yours in our skateboard" & then told me "We are not understanding your point" . After so many calls and videos they still don't understand the point . Worst Point Scenario , I took the Board to Mumbai Skating Troop who regularly practice at the skating rink at Carter's and they also mentioned that this Skateboard is not right and something is wrong with it as the skateboarder himself couldn't balance and tripped due to the non alignment.Dear Rahul & Ankita, Not only did I personally speak and explain the whole issue to you , I sent you relevant photos and videos. After delaying 6 months of my time . If you haven't faced this issue ever again means that you should have understood that there has to be a fault with the Skateboard and tried to find a solution.Needless to Say I feel bad that I bought this product for my daughter and her first experience was a bad one with Strauss.

Review and suggestions
The product is fairly good for beginners but i don't think it will last long....in first day i was practicing ollies...and my bushing came off...but it was an easy fix as i didn't lose any parts but if i did have lost it then I'd be in problem...the trucks are loose resulting in scrapping of board and suddenly breaking which when you're in fast speed will cause you to fall real hard....other than that the board is okaish(I'm 80 kilos btw but i got a nephew who road it and the trucks are still loose for him too)...and everything is okaish about the board .... I'm planning on buying an oxelo board cuz I don't think this will last long for me but considering the price any decent board will cost you atleast 5k but you get this for 1k...so for the price I'd have to say its good....you can buy this if you want to get to know what it feels to ride and decide whether to upgrade or not cuz 1k isn't much but for those who have made up their mind and will be riding for a ling time....save up and go for a better board...today is my first day....will update when it'll reach 1 week...Edit (third day ) : so here's the thing....everyday something new breaks on this board lol... On first day my trucks came loose i fixed it with some after market screws...there was too much wheel bite...i fixed that too with diy riser pads...2nd day by board craked from middle top to bottom...its about to get half....on third day my bearings broke and came out of wheels....so this board is badd...like really bad please don't buy this ...if you have any doubts or quiery you can even email me([email protected]) ... I'm giving it 2 stars still just because it can be good for kids actually....but above 50 kgs this board is not recommended and this is surely not for adults....but in like ideal conditions if used by kids this can be good...by ideal i mean somewhere concrete unlike indian roads and the rider should bw below 50 kgs.... basically its like a toy...kids can use it to get the hang of it but if you're a beginner and adult don't go for this one or any other cheap boards ... because lets be honest here....you can only get so much for the price....the fury trucks alone in an oxelo board costs more than 1500 rs ...so imagine the quality of part used in these boards....
