良く動くので不満はないが、通話が出来ないのが問題。症状…電話が掛からない、着信出来ない原因…長時間の使用(電源を切らずに２日以上起動させる)改善方法…再起動により改善

So I got my phone Jan 12 2021 a week or so ago the phone was battery was about dead and I was exhausted after work so I didn't plug it in and decided to just go to bed. Before I laid it on the desk I saw there was an Asus update ready to install and was given the option to install now or later. So seeing how I didn't plan to plug it in I put later and went to bed. The thing apparently tried to install anyway later and when I woke up the screen wouldn't turn on even after charging for an hour.I messaged Asus Support to see if they knew something I could do to repair it or some trick to reset the battery. They said the phone being a global version or non US one would charge me to repair on top of the regular fees. I decided to just let it run out of battery on its own and recharge it and hopefully it would work as the little LED on the bottom stayed on as if it was charging but was red instead of orange. Eventually after going without the phone for 3 days and trying this at least once a day of charging for an hour and trying to turn it on then letting the LED drain the battery again I finally got it working. When it turned on it said the newest update had been installed.So in my opinion the phone great pictures, delivers on battery life and customization, and I love the high screen refresh rate literally nothing I would complain about on the phone itself. However due to their support people telling me I was to pay extra for buying this phone because I can't seem to find a US seller who carries them I take off a star.

絶対に買ってはいけない。5台ほどASUSを使って来たが修理をしてもらえない。誤動作ばっかりでFLIPが壊れ連絡したがNG。2度と買わない。

Love everything come with it, except the weight. But it is a trade off with so many gadgets inside.
