Much better than the "ball" unit I had originally. Yes less adjustable but better angle and sturdy!

This replaced my made up j-hook mount, I fixed a GoPro j-hook fixed to a metal mount and one of the Stuntman mounts.The Stuntman is much more ergonomic but it does not lock very well. The GoPro locks the camera in place very securely hand tightened. At hand tight the Stuntman the camera can be moved on the j-hook fairly easily. It does hold in place and so far has not moved during my fairly gentle daily ride, I have not tried it on rougher rides as yet. If I knock it going through a gate it moves.This needs to be made from a different material that has more grip. Hand tight the GoPro mount is solid, the Stuntman is not. It is a good design and the chest mount is by far the best of the three I have.

Nice little upgrade for your Stuntman mounts. The upside is this is lower profile, and incredibly sturdy. The downside compared to some of the other offerings is this is a fixed mount (as compared to the ball joint). As long as that fits your needs, I highly recommend this accessory.

This works great, but I have a hard time understanding why you wouldn't just go ahead and include this in the package with the Stuntman harness by default. The answer is probably simple...more money in the companies pocket considering it probably costs $1.00 to make at most.
