I got the medium grind, and it's just right for me. I added it to body wash to make an exfoliating body wash. I love it - so scrubby. Sometimes I even use it on my face - so scrubby.

I add this to my hand soap for exfoliation because I don't want to use the stuff with plastic beads. Works great, I just need a better way to mix the pumice into the soap!

I add it to another body scrub for an extra abrasion and it works well, a little pricey for the size but I do like the product.

I make single use portions using these granules with some aloe vera gel, almond oil and green clay powder and it is the most satisfying deep body scrub. It may be too rough if you have delicate skin, but I find it the best for sloughing off dry skin on knees, feet and elbows. Its as rough as apricot walnut kernels, but less scratchy.

I found the product to be as advertised and i look forward to using it my soap making!
