Ok first, these are great holds for kids or even adults if you're not looking for professional grade holds. Perfect for an outdoor wall, which is what I built for my kids. Solid hardware and nice grippy holds. If there were instructions these would get 5 stars. The problem is that there are no instructions that come with them so you're left to try to figure out how to install these yourself. Usually that wouldn't be a big deal, but remember, these are climbing holds, if they break or disassemble when you're climbing you could get hurt.I figured out the best way for me to assemble these holds. I don't know if it's how the manufacturer recommends, but they didn't give instructions, so that's on them.I had good luck stopping the holes for the bolts and T-nuts with a 1/2 inch bit. You could get away with a little smaller, but not much.I used a size 8 Alan key attachment for an impact driver which made assembly much faster than using the handheld Alan key.I initially drilled a hole then hammered in the t nut from the front... This is NOT CORRECT. This relies solely on the group of the little spikes in the t nut to secure the hold, which is obviously not enough. They might feel secure at first, but they are not.You have to hammer in the t nut from the backside of your wall, then attach the hold with the bolt and washer. I've provided some pictures to clarify.Once this is done, holds can be moved or changed pretty easily.Love the product, hate the lack of instructions!

Excellent for our indoor rock wall
We used these to build a wall back in December 2020. These are sturdy holds that work very well for our indoor at home rock wall. We have a set of holds that cost 8xs as much and there is a difference in texture- the expensive holds are rougher and more textured (a couple of the biggest ones in the picture). But for a kids wall, they are plenty rough. The bolts have held my husband's 200+lb weight just fine. The variety of sizes and shapes and colors have been very fun. There are plenty of good sized holds. They have held up to about 5 months use so far at this point.

Fun for the kids
The holds themselves are perfect. The hardware included is garbage - way too thin to bolt through anything substantial. We got a bunch of lag screws at the hardware store and they work great.

Not standard size bolts, these are actually M10 -1.5 (coarse thread M10)
This work great if you are only needing to mount them in one place and never move them. We built a wall that had a few hundred "standard 3/8-16" T nuts, and these included bolts will NOT work with the standard T-nuts, bolts or anything else that is standard. These bolts work just fine with the included T-nuts, but if you do that, then any other pack of holds you order will not work. They are actually M10-1.5 size nuts and bolts included. They are super close to the 3/8 size, but won't work. Other than that they are a great value, just plan on spending additional money on additional bolts/nuts/etc if you want any flexibility.
