The product is great. Its smooth, easy to use, easy to understand and great the display. Was easy to set up.When my shipment did not arrive on time (twice) amazon was accommodating a great to deal with.

This machine was purchased for my wife which should suit her well. The machine is smaller than I imagined however I'm 6ft 4 220lbs and it handled me fine. The assembly is a breeze and it works well. Smooth strokes so far. Only complaint is the case was cracked slightly, most likely do to shipping and not from bad packaging. It was packaged very well. I will update this as it gets used more.UpdateThe exposed flywheel serves no purpose other than to cut a curious toddler's fingers. Luckily my daughter just lost some skin on her fingers but it could've been worse had she actually got them pinched between the flywheel and the case. Stupid design.

Hi,I bought this rowing machine because I tried "Cascade Rower" in the Total Fitness store and I felt in love with it.This model has a similar design: magnetic resistance & 11lb flywheel.Cascade Rower costs $1000+, while SF-RW5856 is only $263.I do not want to write about how easy/difficult is to assemble this rowing machine.This is NOT important. You do it once and forget it. Why bother? OK, it's very easy.The most important part is how this rowing machine works.Let's begin.1) The resistance level should be set to 6 or 7. 1-5 is too easy. 8 is too hard.But the trick is that if for example you set the level to 6, then with each stroke you can increase the resistanceby pulling harder. Here is the beauty of having a Flywheel. You will NOT be able to achieve the same effect on any rowing machine with magnetic resistance only.It reminds me a water rowing machine's functionality: the harder you pull at the end of each stroke, the more challenging workout you'll get.Your heart rate will be up to the roof.2) The seat is good. I put a small blanket over it during exercise. I like it that way.3) I do not wear sneakers. I have socks on. This gives me more enjoyment. Plus, I do not need to adjust the straps every time I exercise. I just slide my feet under them and I'm all set.4) This rowing machine is quite. The computer is basic. I do not use it. Just time tracking.5) The most important part is the fun factor of this rower. I would give it 10 out of 10.I was nicely surprised. I would say (it's my own opinion of course) that this rowing machine has the same feel as $1000+ rowers I tried before. For my workouts I used only level 6. I believe that it's the optimal resistance level for this machine.Thanks.

purchased rower.very small imitation of the real deal.2nd day after assembled .first attempt at rowing felt mild resistance.second thru 5th row(pull)felt nothing,6th pull felt mild restistance it,s as if the machine had to reset.waste of effort..contacted sunny health... in the box on the instructions it reads ..contact sunny health first..waste of time..they confirmed yes it is defective.here is the best.sunny health instructions from customer serviceI have to take it apart???,video while I have someone operating???.send video customer service.. sunny they will send me parts and I have to repair myself..otherwise contact Amazon..,have u ever heard of such a thingcontacted Amazon to return.process started.now to boot.i had a $25 courtesy from Amazon.(nice)I applied to checkout when I purchased rowernow that I have to return the item the $25 will not be refunded to my account.so it cost me an additional $25.thank u sunny health.i am sure they won,t step upnever again sunny health …..buyers beware.....
