Product came opened and was all over my other item. It seemed tampered with as the pull seal was in the cap but not actually attached to the bottle opening.— It smelt like authentic product though! Due to the high cost of the product and it was meaning to be a gift, I will not repurchase. Much better value to go to your local hair shoppe and purchase it as well as no product damage or tampering.

Just received my order lastnight, conditioner bottle seal was missing . Not impressed, Amazon won’t replace tampered item!

On time and product as advertised, all I can say is great service, thanks.

I wondered why this didn't smell as wonderful as it does in the salon, so I asked my stylist. She said that KM doesn't sell product on Amazon and that what I got might have been mixed with something else or it was old. I don't like to post negative reviews but when you spend this kind of money on a product, you expect to get the real thing. Just go to your salon and buy it- you might pay a few dollars more but at least you know it's the real deal.
