A little expensive
Too expensive. It’s hard to unroll, but I guess that’s the best way to ship to avoid folds.

Just What I Needed - A Must Have For Taking Clean Photos.
Great product. Thick and durable and nice quality. No flashback or glare. I needed a background for taking photos of Coins, this exceeded my hopes. It actually helps your camera keep 100% focus on the product. It will arrive rolled up so it can be mailed. It will be very stiff, just be patient while unrolling it. I laid mine across my bed and laid 2 heavy pillows over each end for about 30 minutes. Then I carefully rolled it back up the opposite way that it came. Then I hung it up on my wall behind my photo-taking station, with small wall nail/tacks on each corner. Please see my photo, you will see how the background kind of "ghost out", while keeping great focus on my Coins. Hope this review helps out! I would purchase again if ever needed.

Good Quality
This is a nice, thick paper so I don't worry about accidentally tearing it from normal usage. It is a bit annoying how tightly rolled it is so that it has a significant curl and doesn't lay straight. To combat this, I rolled it the opposite way and secured it with a couple of rubber bands for 24 hours. That made it much straighter and easier to use. These provide an attractive backdrop for product photography. While the size is good for most items, I do think that for the price of what is actually a relatively small piece of paper, they could have made it a little larger.I am pleased with the purchase overall though and will be purchasing more in different patterns. It was shipped in a box, which was perfect, because I have had wallpaper rolls shipped in bags or padded mailers that were crushed and damaged.

Pretty quality, but super curled up
The product arrived rolled up, the ends were difficult to flatten out, I had to tape them to a poster board. The print quality was good, but it was so curled tight on each side that it was hard not to create creases which would affect that quality.

It's not that good.
Flatness.Product came rolled up in a tube. It's a thick paper product--thicker than construction paper, but not quite as thick as poster board. Because it's so thick, it's pretty rigid--and it "wants" to stay rolled up. It took me a while, but I managed to roll it the other direction without creasing it, and taped it with gaffer tape to hold it in place. I left it that way for a couple of days, then untaped it to see what would happen. It almost lays flat. It's much more manageable now. It's not perfect, but I haven't really tried to flatten it since that first couple of days. Kind of curls up at the ends, but mostly lays flat.Print QualityThe gray "cement" side looks ok, like in the product photos. It's not glossy. There's a dull sheen to it--but it's not shiny. As long as I position my lights correctly, there's no glare at all. I tossed my beard trimmer kit onto the cement surface and snapped a photo so you can see what it looks like. The textured rust looking side looks like garbage. It's like they took a picture of a really cool texture, zoomed in until it started to look look pixelated--then printed it. Also there's a white UPC bar code on that side. Printed--right on the page. It's not a sticker. It's near the edge, but c'mon. Really?Size. It's ok. I personally prefer a 2' x 3' surface--and this one is close--so it's fine.ValueI mean--it didn't cost that much--so it's not that big a deal. I mostly bought it as an experiment to see what kind of quality it would be--and now, I know. I guess the old saying is true: You get what you pay for.DurabilityMeh. It's paper. I wouldn't trust myself to do food photography on it. Small droplets, (that get wiped up very quickly), probably wouldn't hurt it. But I definitely wouldn't want to spill liquid on it, or put food plates or drink glasses on it if there's a chance of condensation, or wet plate bottom. It isn't waterproof.Recommendation? Nope. Will it work for you? Well, as long as you're willing to deal with all the quirks I mentioned--it might. But I personally won't buy another Selens paper backdrop product. I learned my lesson. Won't make that mistake twice.
