Oladole Natural, Electrolytes Powder, Orange Flavor - Advanced Hydration , and Boost Energy- 200g

I have been drinking these for month, I was looking for something that would help me stay hydrated. I always have them around for emergencies, I started to prefer the subtle taste to traditional sports drinks and now I drink it when I just want the extra hydration. I love the lemon flavor and will only drink that one. I have tried all the other brands and this one is most like flavory for me.

I bought this after having tried another brand of Electrolytes from an amazon. I bought this one because I live in the deserted area and the idea of being “hydrating” really appealed to me especially after feeling like the other brand was leaving me dehydrated.

I've been taking this for a long time along with other supplements while doing work out. I must say taste and effects is a must. Very recommended 🤗

The best and easiest way to stay hydrated. I tried the Grape flavor and Raspberry flavor they are both delicious. I finally enjoy drinking plenty of water 😁

I do hiit training 5-6 times a week, and I sweat like crazy. I use amazing sweatbands that I literally ring out like a towel after each session. I started taking the lemon flavoured electrolytes powder because I was exhibiting signs of dehydration despite drinking 3-4L of water each day. I've been using this product for a little over a month, and no longer shows signs of dehydration. I enjoy the taste, the price, and the fact that I am feeling much better than I was. I highly recommend this supplement!
