Seriously try this! I was told by a friend (who has gorgeous hair) to try taking beef gelatin everyday to improve my hair. My hair is thin and has been falling out really bad for the past six months after I lost a significant amount of weight, after just a couple weeks of taking this I really have noticed a difference. My hair has not been falling out as much in the shower or in my brush/comb, and just looks and feels so much healthier! She also recommended switching it up and trying the beef collagen and marine collagen so my body doesn't get too used to the gelatin so I will be trying that as well. I put it in my coffee every morning I just mix a tablespoon of the gelatin with a little water in my coffee cup then sometimes add a little (1/4 scoop) vanilla/chocolate protein powder to make my coffee creamy (I like the Garden of Life Sport brand) and then add the hot coffee in and you can't even taste the gelatin. It also tastes fine without the protein powder if you want to try it plain. I also like it in my protein shakes or smoothies, and one tablespoon has 11 grams of protein! I would highly recommend it, I have been trying anything to improve my hair and this has really made a difference for me.

The footprint is too large. Takes up too much cabinet space. ~~5” x 5”

My only complain is that I am not sure if it's fresh or not. The expiration date is not readable unfortunately.

Well can't complain about this product love it with my coffee in the morning and does get me full because of protien . I had to buy it again just love this product!!!!!
