Great book. Nicely structured with different schedules to follow, regardless of your ability. And a nice section that explains each exercise in detail. I've tried similar books, but nothing as good as this one.

This book is well written, gives choices for the type of training you want to pursue and colored pictures of each exercise and machine in the gym, and how to use them. No matter what you hope to achieve from your weight training, this book will give you the help you need.
