A bit too small
The pouch is a bit too small to fit everything i want to carry.... phone, dog treats ,small bottle of water... ended up buying one thats bigger. If you're looking for something compact it will do the job

Does the Job
I like this item and use it daily. It works well to walk two dogs. I gave 4 stars because the belt itself and where the hand-holding leash options are. It's not my favorite but it works well enough

Very functional
With this ststem I can walk with a normal stride and arm movement. As I am post stroke and have some balace issues, this has made walking the dog a breeze. If he tugs the pull is centered on my core and doesn't yank my arm and body sideways. It makes a big difference. Thanks!

Easy to attach
This is very easy to attach and hands free. My dog walks easily to one side and is not all over the place and I have my hands to use weights while I walk and win, win for us both.

A good dog lead but the bag too small to even take my keys
I had to use another waist bag for keys which was awkward
