Simply beautiful
Their lotus cookie maker is so beautiful. They included two bowls to help shape the cookies. Tamarind juice & a saw instrument to clean the brass mold, before & after. A present which is a wood plate to stand the cookie mold on. Complete instructions in English on how to make the cookies & clean & care for the mold. All this in a most beautiful storage bag so that it doesn't tarnish. Thank you also for the personal note. 🙏

Plenty of lovely extras to set you up for success.
It was not only beautiful, but it came with a lovely pouch and two wooden bowls to invert the cookies. I order the same from another buyer, thinking that it was a larger size, and it was the same as this, without the pouch or the wooden bowls. This was the best.

Great Brass Mold
This is an excellent brass tool. Feels sturdy. Works Great! No sticking, easy release. It is amazing that I haven't killed any cookies before it began to release them. I recommend frying the lotus cookie in a 9 to 10-inch heavy pot with about 2-3 inches of oil for frying the cookie plus submerging the 4-inch mold in the hot oil at the same time.
