Perfect replacement
Perfect replacement for the original arms. They attached without difficulty and are durable & comfortable.NOTE: They did not come with screws to attach them. It's assumed that you already have the 4 screws from the original chair arms.

Perfect replacements for my 10 year old Aeron
I have to replace my arm pads every 3 or 4 years. These are great replacements and seem to hold up as well as the originals. They are firm and could be a little softer, but I mainly use the pads to help myself in and out of the char rather than using them for support while sitting, so softness if sot so much an issue for me.
