I was so excited to receive this product, but unfortunately the main attraction on the key chain broke within the first two weeks of having it. There is a screw that goes into the resin letter and connects to a piece that allows you to attach the item to the chain link on the keychain. The screw is very small, so perhaps being too thin or poorly manufactured is what led to this. Very disappointing. I'd love a replacement so I could see if this was just a faulty product, or if all of them are like this, but there was no way for me to contact the seller.
