I don't usually write a review but if you can read German get the original version and not the translation, it is full of errors!

Nice information - not many new stuff
I like that he is not try to enforce his ideas . He is giving you the facts and is up to you what you will do with the info . As I am interesting in the subject , I can't say I found a lot of new info - but was a pleasant reading as he is writing in a nice structed way .

The best diet book I've read.
I've read many food and diet books and most of them I've forgotten about very quickly afterwards. You read so much conflicting information and theories and many of the diet proposals are impossible to follow on a day to day basis. This one seems very well researched and gelled with me straight away. He details all the foods to avoid and explains exactly why. He then talks about food groups and how to build your diet around them without ever going hungry or denying yourself the pleasure of good food. There are no pretty pictures and he does not specify any recipes at all. He just concentrates on hard well researched facts, very well written. I'm actually eating a much better diet now and crucially - enjoying it more too. I've decided to trust this guy now and follow this book. It will be the last diet book I read - so lets hope he's right!

This book will give you the tools and desire to change your life for the better
My husband read this book as he is trying to lose a lot of weight and knew that he needed to change his lifestyle instead of going on another dietHe’s 70 years old and 50kgs over weightWe’ve both now been convertedThe book was easy to read and really made sense it gave us the tools to make the changes necessary to lose weight, sleep well, feel great, and we’ve since given copies to our adult children
